1. Who we are

This website is operated by BiographyLab, Mooie Nelpad, 2031 AK Haarlem, Netherlands (contact: zoozclubhost@gmail.com). By using this website or buying from us you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell digital worksheets, checklists, workbooks and programmes as PDF files. Product descriptions, page counts and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in euros and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.

3. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for yourself. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the files, or use them in paid programmes, without our written permission. Team and company licences are available on request through our corporate page.

4. Educational content, not advice

Our products are educational self-reflection tools. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a diagnosis or a treatment. If you are struggling with your health or wellbeing, please speak with a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design and illustrations belong to BiographyLab or its licensors. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of that content.

6. Payment and delivery

Payment is taken at checkout. Files are delivered digitally as described in our shipping and delivery page. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

7. Liability

We provide the products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the date shown above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
