Digital delivery only
We sell digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping fees.
How you receive your files
After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure download link. You can also reach the download from your order status page. Delivery is normally immediate.
If you do not receive your files
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email has not arrived within an hour, or a link does not work, contact us at zoozclubhost@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Using the files
Files are A4 PDFs designed to print or to annotate on a tablet. You need a PDF reader to open them.
